Terms of use
The ground rules for preparing on the web and practicing on iPhone
These terms explain the basic conditions for using the Jeeum web service and iPhone companion player. The web provides music-creation features, while the iPhone app plays only your own completed projects.

Service and generated results
The Jeeum web service separates uploaded audio and generates practice materials such as lyrics, sections, chords, and scores. AI analysis can be inaccurate. Check important results against the original audio and your own judgment.
Separation or analysis can fail or take longer because of file format, recording quality, or available server resources. We do not guarantee a particular accuracy level or processing time.
The iPhone app syncs and plays stems and prepared practice materials only from your own completed account projects. It cannot initiate source separation, AI analysis or generation, reprocessing, or any credit-consuming task, and it cannot continue pending or failed processing.
Account and security
Provide accurate account information and keep your account and password secure. Contact us promptly if you notice suspicious activity on your account.
Do not use another person's account or bypass authentication. We may restrict suspicious access to protect the service.
Web upload rights and iPhone playback
When you submit audio to the web service, you must hold the rights needed to upload each file or have the necessary permission. Do not upload files that infringe copyright, performance, privacy, or other rights.
You retain your rights in content uploaded on the web. You grant Jeeum the limited license needed to process, upload, store, separate, analyze, play, and sync that content to provide the service.
The iPhone app plays only completed projects owned by the signed-in user. It does not upload device audio and cannot initiate source separation, AI analysis or generation, reprocessing, or any credit-consuming task.
This license is limited to providing and protecting the service. It does not transfer ownership or authorize an unrelated advertising product.
Prohibited use
Do not infringe rights, abuse the service, upload unlawful content or malware, send excessive automated requests, bypass security, or reverse engineer the service to harm other users or systems.
If we confirm a violation, we may restrict content or account access. When the situation is not urgent, we will explain the reason and available next step where reasonably possible.
Web credits and account deletion
Web-service credits and payment terms apply only to web features. Account deletion is irreversible. Once it finishes, remaining web credits and content are removed. We may retain only minimal transaction records required by law, with restricted use.
The iPhone app does not show or use credits and provides no products, prices, purchasing, external purchase links, or directions to purchase elsewhere.
Changes and availability
We may change features or usage limits for reliability, security, legal requirements, or product improvement. We will communicate material changes in a reasonably available way.
Maintenance, incidents, or service-provider issues can temporarily interrupt features. Where possible, we will explain the status and next step.
Liability and applicable law
Jeeum limits liability, to the extent permitted by law, for indirect loss and for loss caused by content you did not have the right to upload. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
Any governing law and venue remain subject to mandatory law and consumer protections that apply where you live. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
